Value-added services offered by Dap Sides: event and exhibition installations, overnight inventory and dismantling throughout Italy
We provide the warehouse which stores all the promotional material, furnishings and exhibited cultural works for an important customer in the publishing sector which organises cultural events and exhibitions throughout Italy. But we are not limited to this alone and have another role: a partner who supports the customer throughout the entire organisational process, event installations, overnight inventories and exhibition dismantling. In fact, through our value-added services, personalised services that, within a process that can be upstream or downstream of the main service, we support the customer for the entire duration of the event.
Order fulfilments are normally weekly over the period of the event, or “on-call” when emergencies arise. We provide a van and a dedicated driver who performs the porterage service, to deliver the materials inside the exhibitions.
At the end of the exhibition, we organise the work of dismantling: all the material (promo + furniture + various) is collected and “stored” once again in our warehouse. The inventory is done each time to check and verify the work performed by those assigned to dismantling.
As part of events support, we also carry out an overnight inventory of all the materials present inside the museum, throughout all of Italy: these operations are carried out overnight when the museum or exhibition is closed. A team equipped with HW and SW material is sent out between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am on the following day.
